Leashed dogs are welcome in city parks
Leashed dogs are allowed in city parks unless a sign says otherwise, and the city runs a members' dog park on Campbell Road. Pet hair works its way into carpet and cargo areas. Can you detail my car at my house in Royal Oak?
Yes. Royal Oak is inside our mobile area, and we bring our own power and water. The one thing we need is room to walk around the whole vehicle. If your driveway runs tight alongside the house, text us a photo of where the car parks and we will tell you straight whether mobile works. Please take personal items and car seats out before we arrive.
I live downtown and park in a deck. What are my options?
A deck space may not leave us room to work around the vehicle, so tell us what the parking looks like when you book. If mobile does not fit, valet does: we pick the car up, detail it at our shop and bring it back to you. You can also drop it off yourself. The shop is roughly 25 minutes from central Royal Oak without traffic.

There is salt in my carpet and a stain on the seat. Will it come out?
Salt residue and stains are treated with hot water extraction and steam. Some stains are permanent, such as dye transfer and old bleach marks. If yours is one of those, we tell you at the walkaround before we start, not after you have paid.
